I bought this benchtop grinder (and paid the exceptional price) because Palmgren claims to be fabricated in the USA. It is in fact fabricated in Taiwan! I took one brilliant off for the amount and the misrepresentation. So if you absolutely wish something that is fabricated in the acceptable old USA try Baldor.
